New Scientific Findings

ROSEMARY TEA

I was Browsing through a medical booklet when I came upon Rosemary as a tea.  The first bullet was Cancer.   Under the Bullet it stated that laboratory studies of human cells show Rosemary may help prevent certain types of cancer.  The most recent research checked the rate at which human leukemia and breast cancer cells multiplied in a laboratory study was reduced when researchers exposed the cells to rosemary extract.  

I am intrigued!  Are there Anti-fungal Properties in Rosemary as there are in Broccoli?  Broccoli is a supreme Cancer Fighter and Broccoli is full of Anti-fungals.

(Yes, There are Anti-fungals in Rosemary)

 Pour 12 ounces of boiling water over a tea strainer or tea ball that contains 1/2 Teaspoon of Rosemary.  Let sit for 15 to 20 minutes.  Drink four ounces, three times a day (Refrigerate unused tea).  Do not use in excess.  Avoid in cases of epilepsy.

SAGE TEA

Used to help Alzheimer’s Disease.  Pour eight ounces of boiling water over a tea strainer or tea ball that contains 1/2 teaspoon of ground sage.  Let sit for 15-20 minutes.  Drink four ounces twice a day. (Refrigerate any unused tea and reheat before drinking).
