ANTI-MICROBIAL, ANTI-VIRAL, ANTI-BACTERIAL, ANTI-FUNGAL

ASSISTANTS FROM THE PLANT KINGDOM

 

Since the Media are going to try to scare us half-to-death, so to speak, I will try to allay any fears about Viruses.  The CoronaVirus19 is in the spotlight now so lets look at a few precautions we can take for the CoronaVirus, i.e., Colds, Flu, SARS, CoronaVirus19.

 

Essential Oils To Diffuse With Doctor’s Approval:

Rosemary/Thyme/Clove/Cinnamon/Oregano/Olive Leaf/Sage/Ginger

 

Herbs and Tea’s to Ingest and  Disinfect with Doctor’s Approval:

We primarily use Oregano, Olive Leaf, Rosemary, Clove, Ginger, Cinnamon, Lemon. Thyme, Garlic, and Sage to name a few.  There are many more but these are the most commonly used today.  Most people have access to them in food or otherwise.  We use a lot of Turmeric (which is also a blood thinner) so we have to watch Cinnamon which lowers blood sugar as well as is a blood thinner.  Garlic is also a blood thinner.  If you are on Blood Thinners or Insulin then check with your doctor before use.

I Primarily Use in the Diffuser:

Rosemary/Thyme/Lavender,  the Rosemary/Thyme is the Anti-Microbial, Anti Viral, Anti-Bacterial, and Anti-Fungal.  I also throw in a drop or two of Cinnamon as my family member is Diabetic.  If others are in the room, Lavender in 1-2 drops is used for fragrance and relaxation and we remove the Cinnamon. These plant essences have been used for medicinal reasons for centuries around the world; so while we are awaiting a vaccine, we can use them to assist  us as a prevention aid.  

 

If your Doctor is not knowledgeable about plants and their medicinal uses you may have to look for an Alternative Medicine Doctor.  Just make sure you have someone with medical knowledge and not a nut, so to speak!  There are some out there you know.  I   only know what we have experienced with diabetic toes and needing a Natural Anti-Bacterial to help heal the diabetic ulcers.  I have helped with the healing of two diabetic ulcers with Silver-Sept/Olive Oil to treat and Salt Water/Oregano water to cleanse.  

 

Oregano has been known to eliminate MERSA very quickly.  Just make sure all Herbs and Essential Oils are Organic.  I have certain brands I prefer due to potency and purity recommended by Mother Earth Living Magazine.  I was using that brand before the Mother Earth Living recommendation as had an Owner of a Health Food Store recommend it out of all his other brands.  It was comforting to have Mother Earth Living support it as well.

 

Last, but not Least, let’s give a few recommendations for Oils that are Anti-Microbial, Anti-Viral, Anti-Bacterial, and Anti-Fungal.  I keep these in a mix and put a drop in our hands when we are out running around to protect us when opening doors and using hand rails.  I use a little bottle I keep in my purse or pocket and use a drop to disinfect our hands or articles when needed.  

 

Olive Oil/Coconut Oil (Carrier Oils)

I mix oils together evenly as both are  Anti-Microbial, Anti-Viral, Anti-Bacterial and Anti-Fungal. I then add my fragrance Essential Oils of Lavender/Rosemary, etc. Be sure to check with your doctor to make sure you are not allergic.  When using a diffuser, less is more, so to speak.  When applying Essential Oils to the skin make sure to mix Essential Oils with a Carrier Oil like Olive /Coconut to keep from irritating the skin.  I get most of my Carrier Oils and Essential Oils (Organic) from Amazon.  You can get your Diffuser and empty bottles from there as well.  So don’t panic, just take precautions to defeat these Virus, Bacteria, and Fungi by using what the earth supplies to help assist us with our health.

 

And, most importantly of all, check everything your are doing with your Doctor as everyone’s chemistry is different, so your dosage may be different.  It may take up to a year to get a vaccine so this information may make a firewall against Virus, Bacteria and Fungi until then.  Thanks and Take Care!
