Root of Chronic Inflammation 

Get PH Checked. Normal is 6.5

I have researched Chronic Inflammation for some time, when I get a chance, and have discovered there are a few things that cause this malady that can be fixed.  If not stopped, the damage will be immense.  The Main culprit, in my opinion, is Poor Diet, too many Acids and not enough Alkaline foods. Diets that contain too many acids are:

  • Meats
  • Grains – Breads
  • Eggs
  • Medicine-Drugs
  • Chemicals

 Acids must be balanced by Alkaline Foods such as:

  • Fruits
  • Vegetables
  • Spices
  • Herbs

It doesn’t mean that you can’t have them, just balanced.  Meat should be in small portions balanced with Vegetables, preferably a starch with a green.  Fruit for desert or two hours later.

When Acids and Alkaline’s are out of balance (PH  6.5 Normal), Inflammation that has its place in the body, gets out of whack, so to speak, and wreaks havoc causing Chronic Inflammation which is behind these diseases:

  • Heart Disease
  • Cancer
  • Diabetes
  • Dementia
  • Auto Immune
  • IBS
  • Strokes
  • Arthritis – Osteo and Rheumatoid
  • Kidney Disease

Also, excess Omega 6’s and Chronic Stress contribute to Chronic Inflammation.  Vegetable Oils like:

  • Canola
  • Sunflower
  • Peanut

Certified Organic, Cold Pressed Olive Oil,  Coconut Oil and Organic Butter can be used:  With Coconut Oil for high heat preparations and  Cold Pressed Olive Oil and Organic Butter for low heat preparations.

Chronic Stress, such as,  when a care taker is always on duty, so to speak.  The body is always on alert for something without relaxation like:  Financial problems, Health Problems, Family Problems, Children Problems, Always running from one thing to another!

The idea is to stop Chronic Inflammation before it takes its toll on the body with the above diseases.  We have to take responsibility for poor diet, chronic stress, exposure to chemicals, and too many Omega 6’s in the breads and snack foods we eat.  If we do not, look above and watch as those diseases accompany your choices.  If we have any of the above listed diseases, there is help for the immune system in the form of:

  • Turmeric with piperine
  • Ginger
  • Omega 3’s Nuts and Cod Liver Oil

There are others, but these three are my favorites. From many years of hard work,  chronic stress, and not knowing when to rest, I now have one of the above mentioned diseases (Arthur).  I have changed a lot of the items on the above list, but found out about them too late, and now have to trust God in His Mercy to heal what I cannot fix. I caused most of the problems in Ignorance of the consequences of my choices.

Turmeric stimulates stem cells throughout the body to repair damaged areas and Ginger and Omega 3’s assist The Immune System with the same, as well as stopping any pain.  So far so good, so to speak!  My purpose in writing this post is to alert others to the oncoming danger of Chronic  Inflammation and its Roots!
